End User Training
End User training is the most important part of the training, as if the End user is not trained then the users will not use the full range of Products of Google Apps, resulting in the under utilization of the solution. Hence we focus on end user training the most.
Our experience in training Google Apps user has helped us to design our Training Program better. What we have learned is that, if we excite the users how we can help them save their time in their day to day life by using Google Apps then they tend to use the Google Apps. We try to show them the value of moving out of traditional Microsoft Outlook and get their focus to the Web interface and covering the whole suite of products in the training helping them to understand the power of Google Apps compared to the only traditional Microsoft Outlook.
IT User Training
IT training equally very important as the solution touches every user of the company and also the most important part of the business which is Email Communication. Hence its vital for IT team to be geared up with right level of knowledge to handle all the basic 'HOW' type of questions like, how can do this etc,. Our Experience tells us that once the user is trained on the new system and starts using the system for more than 2 - 3 weeks, he hardly comes back to Support for any usage related questions unless he has problems.
For this we have designed the training program in a way that it provides all the necessary information to the IT to handle all the Level 1 support of the users.
